A little about me
Flowers by Holly Tree is based in Guildford, Surrey. I specialise in wedding and event flowers. My style is natural and romantic and I love creating designs by working with the seasons to bring your event to life. ​I started my career in the fashion industry as a Product Developer, I quickly learned that I could transfer my love of colour and textures from fabrics to flowers.
Where I source my flowers
Whenever I can I love using local British flowers in my designs. If your event falls between April and October I like to source my flowers from the lovely local flower farms in and around Surrey. I have built a relationship with these local flower farmers and contact them at the beginning of the year to let them know which weddings and colour themes I have coming up, so the flowers are sown with you in mind. Using British flowers has many benefits, from supporting local business to being better for the environment, plus it means you'll get lovely seasonal displays.
Getting ready for your event
In the lead up to your event I'll visit and confirm my requests to the flower farmers, selecting flowers suitable for your event keeping in mind your colour theme. I do also use wholesale flowers, for more specific designs and flower requests and for when the weather doesn't allow me to use British blooms.
